A top -tier international M&A and strategy advisory platform is seeking a Director to join its Energy Transition team, delivering high -profile renewable energy transactions across Ireland and the UK. The team provides end -to -end support throughout the deal lifecycle, combining sector expertise with execution excellence to help clients unlock value in one of the most dynamic growth markets.<\/b><\/span>

The role:<\/b>
<\/div>Originate opportunities and lead business development in the renewable energy sector.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Lead the execution of M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side, including deal structuring and negotiations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Advise clients on M&A strategy and transaction planning, including preparation of assets for sale and coordination of other advisers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Apply deep sector knowledge to assess financial model assumptions and oversee complex modelling.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery across all stages of the deal lifecycle.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/p>
Professionally qualified with significant post -qualification experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Strong knowledge of the renewable energy sector, with proven M&A experience in Ireland.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Track record of leading transactions on both the buy and sell side, including structuring, financing and negotiating agreements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Skilled in complex financial modelling and comfortable reviewing and challenging model assumptions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Demonstrated business development ability with experience identifying and originating new opportunities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple advisers and lead teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, with a collaborative and professional approach.<\/span>
