The Project Manager will organize, manage and plan complex projects for the organizationâs research , development and product implementation efforts.<\/span><\/b>

Duties\/Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/p>

Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Inspect job sites of each installation crew and correct as needed. Accountable to technician assessments of potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility and design requirements<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Accompany crews on job sites to ensure quality and improve techniques<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Communicate and coordinate with sales manager on a regular basis<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Serve as a point of contact for customers\/clients during each installation<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Coordinate with corporate departments on a daily basis, provide accurate installation forecasts and branch performance reporting<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and minimize risk<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Coordinate of permitting for installations<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Provide progress reports and other statuses updates to management team<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Ensure the safety of the staff by holding weekly trainings\/meetings<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Perform additional duties as assigned and\/or directed.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Required Skills\/Abilities: <\/span>
<\/p>

Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Must be organized and self\-driven<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Good at problem solving and implementing ideas while maintaining a positive attitude<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Education and Experience:<\/span>
<\/p>

High school diploma or equivalent<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

3+ years of solar energy experience <\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Experience with a customer relationship management system (CRM)<\/span>
<\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

Physical Requirements:<\/span>
<\/p>

Prolonged periods of standing<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. at a time<\/span>
<\/p><\/li> <\/ul>
