Key Responsibilities<\/b>

â Technical Support: Assist with product setup, troubleshooting, orders, and returns.

â Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records in the database.

â Post -Purchase Follow -Up: Follow up with customers post -purchase for satisfaction.

â Reporting: Generate reports on customer satisfaction and improvements.

â Training: Train new customer service representatives if needed.

â Education: Diploma/ degree in Electrical/ Electronics field preferred

â Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field.
