As an Analyst, you will be embedded within the Business Transformation team and occasionally support broader Business Operations efforts. You will contribute to team strategies through structured analysis, reporting, and documentation.
This role requires a versatile and self-motivated individual who takes guidance well and thrives in a structured environment. You will perform root cause analysis,data analysis,and producepresentations andreports for consumption bythe Business Transformation leadership and other business leaders.
Responsibilities:
Request, analyze, and track projectreports, milestones, and deliverables
Stay current with relevant tools, platforms, and best practices inproject management, changemanagement, andbusiness transformation
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionin business, communications,organizational development,orrelated field
Advanced skills in Microsoft 365; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
$60,000-$75,000 USD Annual

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
