About the Role:
Join our Learning & Development team as a Training Coordinator and drive employee capability enhancement across departments. You’ll identify learning needs, manage training programs, and create engaging onboarding experiences — integrating AI tools for smarter learning analytics and LMS optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis using performance data and feedback
- Plan and coordinate internal/external training programs
- Develop and update onboarding and learning content
- Track participation, feedback, and ROI for all programs
- Maintain training documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Education, or related field
- 2–5 years in Training/L&D coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of LMS, MS Office, and AI-based training tools
