As a PMS Specialist, you’ll build and optimize our Performance Management System and SOP frameworks. This role is central to driving accountability, process standardization, and AI-based performance insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage PMS structure with defined KRAs/KPIs
- Facilitate appraisal cycles and performance dashboards
- Collaborate on SOP creation and process documentation
- Support HR automation and AI-driven performance tracking
- Ensure compliance, audits, and continuous process improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR/Business Administration; MBA preferred
- 3–8 years in PMS or HR Process Management
- Expertise in Google Workspace & HRMS
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Exposure to automation or AI-integrated HR systems
