JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
Customer Relationship Representative interfaces with customers and installation partners and work with internal FIMER personnel to coordinate post sales service support.
ACTIVITIES
Enter sales, return and spare parts orders in Sap and provide confirmations to customers.
Work with Service and Planning to schedule product shipments and provide lead time estimates to customers.
Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving when necessary.
Utilize SalesForce.com or other systems for data input.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
MUST HAVE
Proficient typing skills and use of computer business applications (i.e. Word, Power Point, CRM and ERP applications).
Experience with SalesForce interface to enter customer information, research customer accounts and assign tasks.
Experience with standard office equipment (FAX, copier, multi-line phone, etc.)
NICE TO HAVE
Sap and Excel experience a plus
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
MUST HAVE
Exceptional communication: Verbal, written and telephone and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as we all part of a team, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to follow-up on open tasks and commitment in a timely manner.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
NICE TO HAVE
Preference for bilingual in Spanish.
