This is an unpaid position which focuses on the daily experiences of our guests through interpretive methods while upholding the organization’s professional standards when presenting TSA’s mission and messages.
Responsibilities could include but are not limed to:
- Familiarize self with Facts and Frequently Asked Questions
- Receive training and content information on all exhibits and galleries.
- Proactively engage and converse with guests at and around exhibits and at educational programming both on and offsite.
- Instruct guests in and demonstrate proper handling techniques of animals and TSA property through interpretive methods.
- Provide exceptional guest service to create a quality and memorable guest experience.
- Interpret TSA's stories in all exhibits.
- Work as a team and interact positively with other volunteers and TSA staff.
Requirements
Hours per week/Duration: ongoing with a commitment of 16 hours per month
