A consultancy firm is seeking a highly organised and detail -oriented professional to join its administrative support team on a part -time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for Xero accounts reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as assisting with expense reporting. In addition, they will provide general administrative support across the office, including reception relief and occasional office errands, and contribute to the broader finance and office administration functions as required. <\/span>

The role is structured around a three -day working week, in -office, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied consultancy environment.<\/span>

Responsibilities:
<\/div>
Collect, upload, and process slips, receipts, and supplier invoices into Xero.
<\/div>
Reconcile all company credit cards and current accounts for the company.
<\/div>
Ensure reconciliations are completed by the 15th of each month to support VAT submissions and monthly reporting to our accountants.
<\/div>
Prepare project -specific expense reports as requested by senior staff.
<\/div>
Provide general office support, including reception relief, admin tasks, and errands as required.

Requirements<\/h3>
- Prior experience with Xero (or similar accounting software) is essential.
<\/span><\/li> - Bookkeeping qualification advantageous, but not essential.
<\/span><\/li> - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
<\/span><\/li> - Professionalism and trustworthiness when handling confidential financial data.
<\/span><\/li> - Advanced Excel skills (particularly around year -end reporting).
