- Prior Experience in Consulting & Advisory, Management Consulting roles desired.

- Thorough Knowledge & experience of the entire life cycle of Decarbonization - from Audit, Carbon -footprint assessment of the current state, Data analysis, opportunity & solution area identification, recommendations for decarbonization, road -mapping, knowledge gap analysis, capacity building & training, periodic monitoring, re -assessment, etc.

- Thorough experience of decarbonization consulting in industries like Hard -to -abate sectors, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, F&B, Textile & Apparel, etc.

- Thorough experience in Decarbonization pathways, conventional as well as innovative solutions for the above sectors - including typical manufacturing processes & equipment and cutting -edge Energy Conservation Measures for the same, Renewable Energy, Innovations in terms of Co -Gen/re -Gen, Waste to Energy, etc.

- Experience in supporting Business Development & Pre -Sales efforts. Ability to act as a point of relationship with, and pitch services to Client Stakeholders - including at mid -senior and decision -making levels.
