We are looking for a detail -oriented and organized Records Management Executive<\/b> to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing both digital and physical records across departments in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Maintain accurate and up -to -date records, including invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, employee files, contracts, and customer documentation.
<\/p><\/li>
Implement and follow best practices for document classification, storage, and retrieval (both digital and physical).
<\/p><\/li>
Manage access control of confidential files, ensuring security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
<\/p><\/li>
Digitize physical records and ensure proper backup procedures for digital files.
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate with departments like Sales, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to collect and update records regularly.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance for data retention and destruction.
<\/p><\/li>
Assist in audits by preparing and providing requested documentation on time.
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct periodic reviews of document archives and recommend improvements in record management systems.

Support ERP/document management system updates and troubleshoot related issues.

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications & Skills:<\/b>
<\/h3>
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
<\/p><\/li>
1–3 years of experience in records/document management, preferably in a manufacturing, solar, or energy -related company.
<\/p><\/li>
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems or document management tools is an advantage.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
<\/p><\/li>
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications:<\/b>

Experience working in a fast -paced manufacturing or renewable energy environment.
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with ISO standards related to document control.
<\/p><\/li>
Understanding of Indian regulatory requirements for record retention (e.g., GST, labor laws)
