We’re looking for an experienced Master Painter—a seasoned professional who knows their craft inside and out, and who’s ready to lead, teach, and inspire others. If you're passionate about high-end finishes, specialty coatings, and mentoring others, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
🎨 Apply expert techniques in brushing, rolling, and spraying
🛠 Use HVLP and airless spray systems with precision
🧪 Work with specialty coatings like elastomerics, epoxies, and urethanes
📋 Select appropriate products for various surfaces and finishes
👷 Lead and mentor a team of painters on multiple job sites
🧩 Troubleshoot challenges on-site with confidence and skill
🕒 Manage projects while maintaining Zooby’s high standards of quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years of professional painting experience, including spray systems and specialty finishes
✔ Deep knowledge of coatings, surface prep, and finishing techniques
✔ Proven leadership and training experience
✔ Ability to read architectural plans and interpret coating specifications
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
✔ OSHA and/or lead paint certification is a plus
✔ Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills
