In this role, you will be instrumental in the Battery Cell Institute, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting -edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/div>- Lead process
engineering programs, ensuring effective production and control of all
process from electrode to formation<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Collaborate with
cross -functional teams to develop strategic plans, goals, and objectives
for battery including lithium -ion (LFP, NMC), sodium -ion and solid state battery<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Provide technical
guidance and support to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Identify potential
risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that
may impact production, deliverables, or quality<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Collaborate with
internal stakeholders to foster effective communication, alignment, and
collaboration<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Establish and maintain
quality standards for battery process engineering projects, ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Gather strategic
information to make data -driven decisions and identify creative solutions

Requirements<\/h3>
- In -depth knowledge in the
field of battery<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Degree or relevant experience in Engineering
or a related technical field<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Minimum of 5 years of experience in process
engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex
engineering programs<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong technical aptitude and understanding
of process engineering principles<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Excellent project management, leadership, and
communication skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced
environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Familiarity with industry standards, best
practices, and compliance requirements<\/span><\/span>
