We are recruiting on behalf of a leading renewable energy powerhouse in South Africa.<\/b> This role is ideal for an experienced Quality Control professional with a strong background in Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects and wind energy.
<\/p>
Key Requirements:<\/b>
<\/h3>
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on IPP renewable energy projects<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Proven experience in wind energy<\/b> (5+ years)
<\/p><\/li>
Owner’s Engineer experience<\/b> is highly advantageous
<\/p><\/li>
In -depth knowledge of quality control standards<\/b> and procedures in energy infrastructure
<\/p><\/li>
Strong understanding of HSE and compliance frameworks<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
South African citizenship<\/b> is required for this position
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>
Oversee and implement quality assurance protocols<\/b> across project phases
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure all work complies with project specifications, standards, and regulations<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Liaise with contractors, project managers, and engineering teams to maintain quality
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct inspections, audits, and manage non -conformances
<\/p><\/li>
Report and document findings with clear recommendations
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
