Currently, we are looking for an O&M Coordinator.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and update the annual preventive maintenance schedule and corrective action plan for operational energy projects
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
- Identify and analyze problems and develop corrective and reactive action plans;
- Provide timely written review reports from field operation, status, and constructive feedback as requested;
- Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. Responsible for required repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of warranty claims;
- Communicate with the power plant managers in case of defect occurrence preventive or corrective maintenance;
- Travel to project sites and vendor locations if necessary to perform different aspects of on-site installation, repair, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required;
- Organize the internal technical training to other company employees.
Your profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operations and Maintenance Department in a relevant industry – ;
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
- Language: Proficient in English (minimum B2 level);
- Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office package;
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills;
- Clear and effective communication;
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks;
- Proactive mindset and ownership of tasks.
