are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive
(BDE)<\/b> to drive sales and business growth.

Role Overview:<\/b>

As a Business Development Executive (BDE)<\/b> at Symbroj Solar
Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for generating leads, building
relationships with potential customers, and closing deals for solar
solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer
base and driving revenue growth while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h4>
Identify and engage potential customers for solar solutions
through market research, cold calling, and networking.
<\/li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential,
commercial, and industrial clients.
<\/li>Present and promote Symbroj Solar’s products and services to
potential customers.
<\/li>Work closely with the installation and technical teams to ensure
smooth project execution.
<\/li>Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
<\/li>Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and solar
incentives to provide valuable insights to clients.
<\/li>Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and report
performance metrics.

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications & Skills:<\/b>
<\/h4>
Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering,
or a related field.
<\/li>6 -month to 1 -year of experience in business development, sales,
tele -calling or solar industry (preferred but not mandatory).<\/b>
<\/li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
<\/li>Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet sales targets.
<\/li>Knowledge of solar energy solutions and policies is an added advantage.
<\/li>Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing, and LinkedIn networking.
<\/li>Self -motivated, result -oriented, and proactive approach towards sales.
