Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and participate in industry events as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successful business development in the solar energy industry or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
