Symbroj Solar Private Limited is a fast -growing renewable energy company focused on providing end -to -end solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)<\/b> solutions. We are looking for a Tender Executive<\/b> who will manage the entire tendering process from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals for both government and private clients.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>
Monitor GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, and State DISCOM<\/b> portals for solar EPC tenders.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain and update a tender tracker<\/b> for all bids (upcoming, ongoing, and submitted).
<\/p><\/li>
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms to assess project viability.
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate with internal departments engineering, finance, procurement, and legal<\/b> to collect necessary data and documents.
<\/p><\/li>
Prepare technical and financial proposals<\/b>, BOQs, and compliance documents as per tender requirements.
<\/p><\/li>
Upload and submit tenders on e -portals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
<\/p><\/li>
Handle clarifications, corrigenda, and addendums<\/b> issued by clients or tendering authorities.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain organized records of submitted tenders, communications, and bid outcomes.
<\/p><\/li>
Generate bid performance reports<\/b> and suggest strategy improvements based on win/loss analysis.

Requirements<\/h3>
Education<\/b>
<\/div>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering<\/b>, Commerce<\/b>, or Business Administration<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
MBA or Diploma<\/b> in Project Management, Business, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Experience<\/b>
<\/h3>
2–4 years<\/b> of relevant experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Prior experience in solar EPC, renewable energy, or electrical industry<\/b> is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies<\/b>
<\/h3>
Strong understanding of government e -procurement systems<\/b> (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement).
<\/p><\/li>
Experience in tender analysis, bid preparation, cost estimation, and documentation<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/b> and PDF editing tools.
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational<\/b> skills.
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
<\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of solar energy systems, EPC contracts, and compliance processes<\/b> will be an advantage.
