Job Description Summary:
The Market analysis Team Leads the Market analysis area, focusing on fundamental drivers and direction of future market, support on hedging strategy based on market views, Lead the development of power BI and Risk tools (up to implementation) for the EM team and Support across the EM team and wider business with market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
1. Energy Markets and Insights
Monitor the core markets, UK, France, Spain and Italy.
Update recurrent Market reports with the tools internally developed.
Support analysis of traded positions, forward markets, and underlying fundamentals through ownership of monitoring market data dashboards
Keep up with Market data and analysis from external providers to provide support to the whole Energy Market Area.
Understanding Optimization models
2. Energy management and optimisation of secondary revenues streams
Support commercial team regarding Route to Market renewals and new requirements (including PPA tenders) to balance return-risk profile of current and new assets.
Support Commercial team with the information from the Power Bi dashboards
3. Reporting tools maintenance and development.
Competencies, Skills, Education & Software
Degree Qualified – Background in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, economics or having renewable/Power Market Master Proactivity and ownership
Insightful analysis and problem solving
Knowledge on power markets, in particular, energy price drivers across markets and renewables
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Data Visualization/ analytics Power BI, DAX programming valuable·
