An exciting opportunity exists for a Legal Associate<\/b> to support the Asset Management team by providing legal guidance across the project lifecycle—from financial close through construction and operation phases.
<\/p>
Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>
Advise on key project and finance contracts (CTAs, PPAs, SHAs, MSAs, IAs)
<\/p><\/li>
Support the management of legal obligations tied to financing agreements
<\/p><\/li>
Draft and review legal notices and formal project correspondence
<\/p><\/li>
Assist in resolving project disputes and handling claims processes
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate legal procedures and ensure contract compliance across stakeholders
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Requirements:<\/b>
<\/h3>
LLB or equivalent law degree<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
3+ years’ post -qualification experience<\/b> in legal practice or in -house (ideally in project finance, banking, or infrastructure)
<\/p><\/li>
Experience with renewable energy, IPP, or construction sectors<\/b> is advantageous
<\/p><\/li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills
<\/p><\/li>
Commercially minded, detail -oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
