⢠Be an integral team member with Business Development attending site visits, bid walks and providing creative options for design options
⢠Evaluate potential solar array installation locations, interconnection locations, and site logistics
⢠Assist with the preparation of proposals, including drawing take\-offs, equipment specification and cost estimating
⢠Assist with permit preparation and interact with code officials for permits and inspections
⢠Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical component and system issues
⢠Lead efforts on safe work practices for the Field Operations team
⢠Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process by educating customers about the product(s) and offering real\-time updates on job status
⢠Document and update job status in the company database
⢠Attend, Lead and Plan training sessions and weekly team meetings on new products, installation methodology and safety
⢠Maintain familiarity with the latest solar equipment specifications, electrical, and building code requirements
⢠Document information and effectively communicate findings with office personnel
⢠Assist the project management team with the oversight of subcontractors during construction, ensuring compliance with Hannah Solar health and safety requirements, the approved PV system design and appropriate regulatory requirements
⢠Document onsite performance, productivity, and prepare or review daily and weekly reports
⢠Manage the commissioning, testing and startup process
⢠Assist with the preparation of project closeout documentation
⢠Manage and Maintain qualified Solar O&M Technicians with responsibilities entailing: starting up solar arrays, troubleshooting, testing and repairing system components
⢠Complete residential Main Panel Upgrades (MPU)
⢠Complete commercial electrical panel
⢠Grow and Master energy storage knowledge \- Ongoing
⢠Overnight & multi\-night travel compliant

⢠Understanding of NEC codes, particularly in regards to solar, energy storage and EV Charging Equipment.
⢠Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc.
⢠Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)
⢠Position may require working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders, and stairs
⢠Capable of performing repetitious duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
⢠Ability to travel to jobsites in Georgia and surrounding states with valid driverâs license.
