You will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects focused on implementing GPM data-driven digital solutions (SCADA &PPC) for the control, monitoring, and asset management of renewable energy sites, including photovoltaic, wind, and battery storage. You will collaborate closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
This role will be based out of our DNV office in Mexico CIty, Mexico.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee end-to-end project management, from the receipt of the Purchase Order to the successful delivery and final acceptance by the customer
- Define project requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
- Supervise and delegate project tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, IT, GI…), ensuring efficient task distribution and execution
- Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services required for project success
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Write technical reports and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, both internally and externally, on a regular basis
- Continuously drive process improvements and best practices in project management

QualificationsWhat Is Required
- To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
- Minimum a bachelor´s degree in engineering
- 5+ years of experience in project management in the renewable energy industry (photovoltaic, wind, and/or battery storage domains)
- A proven track record of driving commercial & industrial (C&I) and/or utility-scale projects to successful completion on time and within budget
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and deliver high-quality work
- Emotional intelligence empowers to empathize with stakeholders and address conflicts constructively
- Adaptable and proactive, easily navigate changing priorities and challenges, maintaining focus and commitment
- Driven by proactivity and self-motivation, remain focused and committed to achieving success

What is Preferred
- It would be a plus to have:
- Certifications in project management
- Experience with monitoring and control in systems such as SCADA
- Knowledge or experience in industrial communication protocols such as Modbus
