The Role:

Advising clients on a full spectrum of planning and environmental litigation matters.

Handling judicial reviews, regulatory matters, and statutory appeals.

Representing clients in courts, tribunals, and public inquiries.

Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and strategic advice on environmental and planning law.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure and development projects.
The Person:

4+ years’ PQE with strong experience in planning and environmental litigation.

Background in handling contentious planning, regulatory, and environmental matters.

Strong legal drafting and research skills.

Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
