We are looking for a Plant Manager / Head to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize output.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of department managers and frontline staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and finance, to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for plant operations.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, training, and development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in plant management, with a proven track record of success in leading manufacturing operations.
- Strong technical expertise in production processes, equipment, and systems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change initiatives.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions.
