Program overview:
Our 2-year First Nations Corporate Graduate Program will be internal corporate functions focused and has been developed to support you in the early stages of your professional journey and provide you with essential skills needed for a successful career.
It is designed to provide you the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of areas throughout our business and gain insights into the Corporate side of Tilt Renewables.
- 2-year program commencing February 2026, based in our Melbourne or Sydney Office (Relocation costs will be provided)
- 2 x 12-month rotations
- Paired with a buddy and mentor to support you throughout each rotation
- Opportunity to work with and learn from industry professionals
- Opportunity to visit our development and operational sites
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities
- Permanent role offered
Suitable degrees:
We are interested to hear from graduates who are set to complete their degree in 2025 or have completed their degree in 2024 and hold a bachelor’s degree or higher. Additionally, those who are graduates of alternative education providers (TAFE & RTO) are encouraged to apply.

- Sustainability
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Environment & Planning
- Environmental Compliance
- Human Resources
- Health & Safety
- Finance
- Technology

Eligibility Criteria:
The program is only open to First Nations people who have completed their degree in 2024 or will complete their degree before commencing the program. Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
This restriction on eligibility for this program is intended to constitute a special measure under subsection 8(1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth).
