Job Description Summary:
The SP reports to the Operation Maintenance Planning Manager and is integrated into the Asset Maintenance Team. The SP will interact with the internal department’s areas, such as service, reliability, stock management, and various internal and external stakeholders.
The Service Planner Coordinator manages the planning process, optimises task allocation, and ensures alignment with execution teams. This role involves close coordination with the department’s managers to maintain an efficient and realistic maintenance schedule.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage maintenance activities together with wider teams in the department.
- Optimize task allocation and resource planning (human & parts) for maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with operational areas to forecast workload and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Adjust schedules based on resource availability, weather conditions, and emerging priorities.
- Track and analyse KPIs related to maintenance efficiency and execution compliance.
- Support decision-making by providing detailed reports on maintenance performance and planning adherence.
Qualifications and skills:
- Background in electrical or mechanical engineering (vocational or academic) with proved experience in technical services in the field (corrective and preventative maintenance and major operations) – Desired.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance scheduling and planning.
- European work permits mandatory.
- Driving license.
- Six sigma, Lean
- Talented in planning software and data visualization and extraction (Microsoft, Maximo, SAP, or any other EAM/ERP).
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements.
- Language: English – Desirable: French, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.
- GWO training is appreciated.
