Pay: $20-$24hr

Location: Canton, OH, 44706

Duration: Until September 2025

Schedule: 4/10s

During T/A will work either 7/10 or 7/12s

This role will focus on maintaining accurate records, coordinating materials documentation, processing orders, and supporting warehouse operations through data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to support daily operations.
Administrative Support: Manage and organize documentation related to inventory, purchase orders, and material requisitions.
Complete PO Goods Receipts and assign storage locations, upload required paperwork
Generate and Complete Material Goods Receipt when directed
Able to work independently and complete multiple tasks
Communicate with direct reports to complete tasks and ensure timely receipt of materials and resolve discrepancies
Work closely with procurement, maintenance, and turnaround teams to support material planning and distribution.
Adhere to company safety, security and environmental protocols, policies, practices, and procedures in performing job responsibilities listed above

Requirements:

Able to work nights and weekend during planned events when assignments require schedule shifts.
Previous experience supporting a turnaround project in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
2 yrs SAP or ERP equivalent experience
