Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of data controlled by Information Systems (ERP, MES, WMS).
- Manage the material master, including creating parts, activating, obsoleting, and changing the material master according to lifecycle and projects.
- Prepare and publish monthly data quality reports in collaboration with plant data coordinators, identify root causes, and take corrective actions.
- Evaluate business impact and lost opportunities due to poor data quality.
- Manage and animate the data owners network and process with appropriate indicators.
- Initialize material info records and Engineering Change Notification Process.
- Coordinate tasks between different actors managing product evolutions and change request flows.
- Manage the archiving and removal of data corresponding to the product life cycle.
- Define rules to manage master databases according to Global and/or Regional guidelines.
- Build, manage, and communicate indicators for efficient data quality (e.g., Data Quality Report, Datascan).
- Support data owners in maintaining user skills and training newcomers on different systems.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with database management using SQL.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Open-minded and adaptable to change.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Strong analytical, numerical, math, and statistics skills.
- High level of organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
