Essential Functions:

The Environmental Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all assigned projects, including but not limited to subcontractor management, site safety, and quality assurance. Furthermore, the Supervisor is responsible for managing all duties for the removal of asbestos, mold, lead, and other demolition related materials.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage workers and temporary labor at job sites.
- Complete required daily documentation.
- Manage sign-in sheets for all temporary labor sources.
- Monitor progress and schedule expectations.
- Monitor man hours allotted for project completion.
- Ensure all demolition is clean, complete, and ready for rebuild.
- Track and inventory equipment and materials used on projects.
- Adhere to all State, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
- Assist as needed with any mitigation emergencies.
- Ensure project work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry standards.
- Work closely with tenants, property owners, property management, industrial hygienist, and general contractors.
