Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Retail Solar Lead Generator, you will be the first point of contact for customers considering solar energy. You’ll engage with shoppers, spark conversations about renewable energy, and schedule free, no-obligation consultations with our solar specialists.
- Approach and engage homeowners in-store to discuss solar and battery backup solutions.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar power and how it can reduce energy costs.
- Schedule in-home appointments for our solar consultants.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and energetic presence while working inside a high-traffic retail environment.
- Track and manage lead information using company tools.
