PositionSummary:
The(Snr.)BusinessDevelopmentManagerisresponsibleforspecifying,planningandgrowthofnew product and solution in the Energy Storage segment. This role is in a key position to formulate innovative product solution and will form productive and sustainable relationships with external and internal business partners (both suppliers and customers) to ensure the ongoing and focused development and success of our business expansion
Responsibilities:
- Collect&understandcustomerneeds,markettrendsandinputfromacrossorganizational leadership to align product strategy and roadmap in the Energy Storage market segment.
- IdentifyingOpportunities,ProposalPreparationfortheRFPs,BudgetingandPricing,Priceand Contract terms negotiation and Post-Bid Analysis.
- DevelopandengageearlyadoptercustomerintestingandlaunchingofnewEnergyStorageproduct and solutions.
- Carryoutfeasibilitystudies/businessplansforproductorserviceimprovement,customizing,re- modeling and new product / sales / service development.
- Assessoperational issues regarding competitiveness,staying current intermsoftrends, innovations andpricingwhilestayinguptodatewithexternalandinternaldevelopmentsintheenvironmentfor identifying new market segments.
- Align with internal development and delivery team or external supplier to ensure consistency in productandscheduleexpectation.Conductandparticipateinmidtermandfinalproductdesign review to assess product quality.
- Workwithfieldmarketingandsalesteaminmanagingproductlaunchprocess.
Requirements:
- Minimum5year’experienceinEnergyStorage,Windandsolarindustry
- Proventrackrecordofbusinessdevelopmentexperience
- ConfidentwithdecisionmakinginregardstodeterminingProductguidelines,purpose,following through and completion
- UnderstandingoffinancialreportsincludingbudgetaryguidelinesandProductexpenditures
- EntrepreneurialbackgroundinaSalescapacity
