Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Federal Compliance Manager to lead a remote team responsible for ensuring compliance with federal regulations, customer requirements, and alignment to HR practices related to background checks, drug screenings, DISA training, regulatory audits, and immigration requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of federal compliance standards to ensure seamless access to customer facilities.

This team is responsible for clearing Schneider Electric employee background requirements based on customer requirements. Gaining results allows our employees to enter customer sites to perform work.
What will you do?
- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a remote team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and compliance with federal regulations and Company policies.
- Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure adherence to all federal contract compliance requirements, including background checks, drug screening procedures, DISA training, and immigration processes.
- Process Management: Develop, implement, and refine compliance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in meeting client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely and accurate completion of all compliance-related tasks.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular compliance reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes in federal regulations and industry standards, updating team practices as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any compliance-related issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, or Legal).
- Proven experience in compliance management, particularly in contracts.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations related to background checks, drug screening, and immigration processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
