About the Role
Ironclad Defense Works is seeking two Information Environment Assessment Officers to support Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) Communications Branch in assessing the Information Environment (IE) and audience engagement effectiveness. The selected candidates will conduct in-depth media and stakeholder analysis, assess communication performance, and generate strategic insights to support NATO decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and analyze narratives affecting NATO and its activities.
Monitor and assess key media stakeholders, including their perceptions of NATO.
Evaluate HQ SACT's communication effectiveness.
Assess and report on adversarial/competitor information operations and disinformation campaigns.
Use historical data to analyze hostile information activities, identify patterns, and forecast potential threats.
Provide real-time data insights to support NATO’s strategic communications.
Prepare Strategic Command-level briefs on relevant IE topics.
Support NATO’s comprehensive crisis management operations.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Communication/STRATCOM Adviser.
Essential Qualifications
A degree in a relevant field such as information technology, statistical analysis, digital marketing, or similar.
Minimum 3 years of experience in communications assessments and marketing data analysis.
Minimum 2 years of experience with statistical analysis and analytical tools.
Minimum 3 years of experience with attribution modeling and forecasting.
Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical data interpretation and presentation.
Working knowledge of industry research methodologies, audience behavior tracking, and engagement analysis.
Proven expertise in communication principles and audience segmentation strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative software tools.
Additional Requirements
Security Clearance: Active NATO or National SECRET (or higher) clearance.
Language Proficiency: Demonstrated English proficiency as defined in STANAG 6001 (SLP 3333) or equivalent.
Travel: Valid NATO Nation passport with no travel restrictions to NATO member nations.
Nationality: Must be a citizen of a NATO member nation.

Candidate selection will be based on a best value approach assessing qualifications, experience, and ability to deliver contract requirements. Resumes must include clear references to experience meeting the qualifications, including page and paragraph numbers for verification. Candidates will be evaluated based on their knowledge level in relation to the Statement of Work (SOW) tasks.
