Position Summary:
Our Licensing team is looking for a go-getter to ensure smooth operations by maintaining licensing compliance at the state and local level. They will be responsible for responding to requests from various departments, maintaining the Licensing Database, submitting applications for local licenses and registrations, and completing timely renewals of relevant licensure. Attention to detail is crucial, as is consistent follow-up and strong written communication. They will manage their time effectively while collaborating with both administrative and operational teams. This position provides a unique opportunity for them to play a key role in the company’s success while working alongside a dynamic and enthusiastic team!
Essential Duties
- Complete licensing forms and applications
- Request and compile documents such as certificates of insurance, bonds, etc.
- Conduct research on licensing requirements in various jurisdictions throughout the country
- Communicate and coordinate with various corporate office departments as needed

- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft Office 365 products
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
