We are looking for a commercially driven Group Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is the key pricing role to support various business functions across the Energy Bay Group and will be responsible for pricing for C&I and Mass Market, Competitor Analysis, Embedded Network Pricing analysis and optimisation of tenancy prices.

As a Group Pricing Manager with Diamond Energy, you will be responsible for:
• Proactively coordinating scheduled touch points with line manager requiring pricing (C&I, Embedded, Mass Market & Generation)
• Overseeing ongoing optimisation of Embedded Network asset – focusing namely on gate meter pricing, tenancy pricing and embedded asset performance
(including CAPEX opportunities)
• Undertaking ongoing reviews to enhance “on market” electricity proposals and enhance process improvements relating to pricing proposals and/or policies
• Liaising with cross-functional internal teams to improve the delivery and responsiveness to new and re-contracting business opportunities.
• Developing strong relationships with key account / internal stakeholders across the business
• Primary point of contact for existing group pricing requirements
You will be successful in the role if you possess:
• At least 3 years of work experience in electricity pricing analytics, price forecasting and/or investment modelling or equivalent role that brings relevant skills in positively dealing with key accounts and/or corporate customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrable ability to communicate with key stakeholders at multiple levels
• Demonstrable experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation and active listening skills with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at multiple levels
• Demonstrated experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong collaboration skills to follow through on agreed actions with internal staff and stakeholders within agreed timeframes
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit team in a dynamic and growing business with a strong interest in renewable energy
• Ability to fulfil role duties with high level of competency, integrity and consistency with company brand – including being polite, professional and timely
• Experience within the electricity industry is preferred including understanding of the energy industry value chain and pricing structures
