SYSTRA promotes project teams to adopt a Sustainable Design & Construction approach to improve performance in terms of sustainability of infrastructure projects through all project phases.

We are seeking application for the position of Project Management Officer- Sustainability.

Missions/Main Duties

1. Implementation of Sustainability Checklist and Dashboard on PMC projects.

2. To coordinate with project teams to integrate sustainability practices along with Systra’s Sustainable design and Construction framework.
3. Monitoring and reporting of inputs received from the project site for sustainability dashboard/checklist.
4. Assist and coordinate with Environment Head PMC for all environment aspects i.e. EIA/EMP etc.
5. Actively promote company's Sustainability initiatives to various clients.
5. To assist Line Manager in project management activities, if any.

Profile/Skills

Post Graduate in Environmental Engg./Science from a reputed institution
Minimum experience of 5 years in similar role.
Excellent written, oral English communication and Presentation skills.
Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
