Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge and experience in preparation of MQAPs, ITPs, Inspection Checklist, Review of Material Submittal, Method Statement/ SOPs, related materials being supplied to the site etc.
- Conduct inspection, test, and quality checks to ensure the works executed are as per approved MQAPs / ITPs, drawings, and work procedures/method statements.
- Identify Risks & opportunities, plan & implement mitigation for risks going to affect quality. Follow up for Corrective and risk mitigation on non-conformity.
- Interface with the project team and client towards inspection and resolution of quality issues including raising NAR (Non-Acceptance Report) and NCR (Non-Compliance Report) and follow up for closure on time.
- Implement and monitor all QMS (Quality Management System) related activities.
- Share regular updates on quality deviation at the factory / vendor place and take necessary corrective and preventive actions for further improvement.
- Maintain all QAQC-related documentation of the factory / vendor premises like Audit reports, site/s/c/vendor inspection, stage inspection reports, Routine test reports, FATs, NCR, site observations, Raw Material test certificates, MTC, training, etc.
- Conducting quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Participating in quality meetings and providing inputs for project improvement.
- Maintaining quality records, documentation, and reports.
- Providing vendor' quality performance rating and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Monitoring and reporting on quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures and identify areas for improvement.
