Egg Solutions offers consumers and businesses electricity generation in the form of solar, electricity storage in the form of battery, and electric vehicle charging. We aspire to be with our Customers for the long-term supporting them to optimise cost and usage whilst consistently innovating service as electrification needs evolve.
Egg Power offers renewable energy infrastructure to a variety of Customer needs. We (1) build renewable energy projects that serve energy off-takers with Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to optimise clean energy and save cost, and (2) build renewable energy projects where large energy use Customers have powered land requirements and a need to optimise the performance as a service (e.g. Data Centre’s).
Job Purpose
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships, including Virgin Media O2 (VMO2), B&Q and MONY group. The role entails overseeing activations in the community to increase awareness, preference, and ultimately drive tangible sales funnel figures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver against strategy to grow key partnerships demonstrating growth in B2C solar and EVC sales (Includes VMO2, B&Q, and MONY Group relationships).
- Own the partners programme across B2C Solar and B2C EVC, including hosting regular partner and affiliate account reviews to drive performance through collaborative marketing activity
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships; negotiating commercial terms, managing through onboarding process and support growth of partnership
- Ideate, plan and execute activations in the community to engage the target audience, driving brand awareness and traffic to egg's website e.g. online and on-site competitions, sports clubs
- Manage events at egg across B2B and B2C; Build the roadmap, define KPI's, manage the budget, collate collateral, host attendee briefings and track event impact
- Grow and manage the Refer-a Friend scheme to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that activations contribute to measurable sales funnel growth.
- Drive marketing operations by implementing processes, best practices, and governance standards to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing operations and enhance overall business performance and processes for long-term success.
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing corporate partnerships and executing marketing activations.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the impact of marketing initiatives on sales funnels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in implementing marketing operations processes and driving operational excellence is a plus.
