Purpose of the Role
As Market Sector Lead for Renewables at Xodus Americas, you will spearhead our expansion in the fast-growing renewable energy market. This role offers the opportunity to build a market-leading practice while helping shape the future of clean energy in the US.

- Create and implement a market strategy focused on high-growth renewable segments
- Build strategic relationships with developers, utilities, and financial institutions
- Lead the development of new service offerings that address emerging market needs
- Guide technical teams in developing consultative selling skills
- Foster collaboration between US and global teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that reflect the premium value of our services
- Monitor and optimize practice profitability through strategic project selection
- Create scalable service offerings that drive margin improvement
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators focused on profitability and margin improvement
- Develop pricing strategies that reflect the value of our strategic advisory service
- Implement strategic pricing frameworks that optimize project profitability
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities that drive margin growth
- Partner with project teams to ensure successful delivery of committed solutions, providing oversight and guidance while maintaining clear visibility of progress, risks, and milestones across multiple engagements.
- Monitor and influence project execution through effective stakeholder management, ensuring internal teams remain aligned with customer expectations and contractual commitments throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Review and provide strategic input on project plans, resource allocation, and delivery timelines, collaborating with project managers to optimize execution strategies and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as an escalation point for delivery concerns while facilitating clear communication between all parties to resolve challenges proactively.
- Implement reporting mechanisms to track delivery performance across projects, identifying trends and potential risks that could impact customer satisfaction or project outcomes.
- Work closely with account teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery, verifying that project scope and commitments are clearly documented and effectively communicated to implementation teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project delivery metrics, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with delivery teams to enhance processes and methodologies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and provide necessary support, ensuring projects remain on track and align with customer expectations.
Qualifications, Skills & Behaviours
- Highly experienced in renewable energy development or consulting
- Strong network within the renewable energy ecosystem
- Proven success in winning and delivering major consulting engagements
- Deep understanding of renewable energy markets and technologies
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

How we work
This role will be based in our Boston or Houston office and the hours can be worked flexibly across the week. Xodus employees attend the office at least twice a week and have the freedom to work flexibly.
