Senior Digital Specialist

Reports to: Director of Marketing
Are you a digital expert with a passion for conservation? Save the Redwoods League is looking for a Senior Digital Specialist to lead our website strategy, drive engagement, and inspire action to protect the iconic redwood forests.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead website operations – Oversee a full website redesign, technical management, and optimization for performance, accessibility, and engagement.
- Harness AI and analytics – Use AI-driven tools, A/B testing, and Google Analytics to optimize digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and improve conversion rates.
- Drive digital growth – Develop SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and online donations.
- Create compelling digital experiences – Lead interactive storytelling, data visualization, and user interface design to inspire action.
- Collaborate and innovate – Work with marketing, development, and external vendors to execute impactful campaigns that leverage cutting-edge technology.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, web development, or related fields.
- Expertise in WordPress, front-end development, UX/UI, SEO, and analytics.
- A sharp design eye with the tools to bring creative to life.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CRM platforms like EveryAction.
- Experience with AI tools, A/B testing, data visualization, and digital advertising (Google AdWords).
- Passion for conservation and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
