Desirable Qualifications
In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
Knowledge and experience on review, analysis and processing of invoices, contract documents, financial reports and cost proposals.
Preferably with general knowledge and experience on Accounting, Budgeting, Contract Procurement and Management processes.
Knowledge and Experience in Excel, creating pivot tables and budgeting reports.
Desired experience with CGI Advantage, Datalink, FileMaker Pro, or similar databases.
Ability in communicating detailed information clearly and effectively.
