Roofing Supervisor
Location: Farmingdale, NY
Compensation: $75K-90K per year
Work Schedule: Full-time

A Roofing Supervisor will beresponsible for leading a team of roofers and ensuring the proper installation and repair of various types of roofs.
Roofing Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have comprehensive knowledge of various all roofing materials and installation techniques for residential and commercial projects.
- Responsible for everyone on the construction team
- Responsible for coordinating with all necessary personnel
- Changing crews when needed
- Reporting incidents back to manager
- Making sure you are working affectively
- Handling and working with different personalities
- Holding the foreman and other roofers responsible
- Being a team player
- Be available for communications at all times
- Identify and resolve roofing-related problems efficiently.
- Imputing Site capture for Roofing inspections
- Using and enforce using all safety equipment
- Constantly trying to improve your own abilities
- Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available
- Ensure all roofing installations and repairs meet company and industry standards.
- Address problems or errors in roofing work promptly.
- Runs out material to jobs if needed
- Be on time and affective
- Attend and learn at weekly toolbox meetings
- Provide regular updates to upper management
- Create happy customer communications when necessary
- Maintain a Drug free work environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of roofing experience, including supervisory or management roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and building codes in the NYC and Long Island areas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
