PositionSummary:
The Project Coordinator assists with the development and implementation of energy storage projects. Responsibilities include coordinating project management and procurement processes, tracking client obligations, managing customer interfaces, and handling non-conformances and contract modifications. Knowledge of energy storage systems, engineering principles, and project management is desirable.

•Assisttheprocurementandprojectmanagementteamswithcoordinationofproject-related activities.
•Helpdevelopprojectplansandcommunicationsdocuments.
•Proactivelyassistwithscheduledevelopmentandmilestonetracking.
•Supporttheprocurementmanagerwithvendorcommitmentsandrelationships.
•Effectivelycommunicateprojectstatusupdates.
•Managecommunicationflowforcontractsubmittals,projectreporting,invoicing,vendor submittals, and other documentation.
•Liaisewithinternalandexternalstakeholders.
•Supportsubcontractoroperationsandmanagethesubcontractorschedule.
•Identifyandmanagecriticalpathstotaskcompletion.
•Problem-solveuniquesituationsastheyarise.
•Participateindevelopingandmaintainingbusinessmanagementtoolsforprojectexecution.
•Identifyprocessimprovementareasandassistwithprocessrevisions.
•Supporttheprocurementmanagerindevelopingproposalsandcontractexhibits.
•Monitorprojectdocumentationstatusandcompliance.
•Reviewandverifyprojectdocumentsforcompletenessandadherencetocontract requirements.

QualificationsandSkills:
•Bachelor’sdegreeinarelatedtechnicaldiscipline.
•Minimum2+yearsofrelevantexperienceorequivalenteducationandexperience.
•Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills(oral,written,andvisual).
•Excellentorganizationalandtimemanagementskills.
•ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuite(Word,Excel,Project).
•ExperiencewithschedulinginMSProject(P6isanasset).
