Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Scheduler willing to join our Execution Team.
In this role you will provide scheduling duties as per business processes and ensure designated projects, divided over different phases as well as technologies (onshore wind, PV, storage), are planned and kept up to date.
Job Description:
Main Responsibilities
Manage planning studies and develop Lev. 1, Lev.2 and Lev. 3 schedules to be continuously updated, whether in development, pre-construction and construction phase, with the most appropriate planning methodology for the phase
Ensure all project activities are completed in a timely manner
Analyze, evaluate and forecast project progress against an established baseline schedule, assessing and notifying the impacts of any changes and potential delays to Project Manager
Prepare recovery schedules and time impact analysis
Identify, analyze and monitor critical path along all project phases
Perform earned value analysis for progress measurements
Prepare S-Curves and Manpower Histograms
Lead regular schedule review meetings with the Project Team and produce weekly and monthly progress reports to the Project Team and to the Head of PM
Desirable requirements
Master’s degree in engineering
At least 7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, also in Renewable Energies field
Proven knowledge and experience in construction processes
Extensive knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera. Planisware will be considered a plus
Knowledge of Cost Control process
Proactive approach
Good communication and relation skills
English fluent written and spoken
