About the Role
<\/h3>
We are seeking a skilled Three -Phase Solar Electrician<\/b> to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
<\/p>
Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
Installation & Commissioning:<\/b> Install and commission three -phase solar PV systems, including inverters, wiring, and panels.
<\/li>System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:<\/b> Diagnose and repair solar electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
<\/li>Compliance & Safety:<\/b> Ensure all installations comply with SANS regulations, electrical codes, and safety standards.
<\/li>Technical Support:<\/b> Provide technical guidance and support to the team and clients.
<\/li>Documentation & Reporting:<\/b> Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
<\/li><\/ul>Requirements
<\/h3>
Qualified Three -Phase Electrician<\/b> (Trade Test Certificate)
<\/li>Wireman’s License<\/b> (advantageous)
<\/li>PV GreenCard or P4 Certification<\/b> (preferred)
<\/li>Minimum 3 years’ experience<\/b> in solar PV installations
<\/li>Strong technical and problem -solving skills<\/b>
<\/li>Knowledge of solar inverters, batteries, and distribution boards<\/b>
<\/li>Valid driver’s license<\/b> and ability to travel when required
<\/li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/b>
