Senior Procurement Manager (m/f/d) - Renewable Energy
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the Key Liaison between the provider’s procurement and Business Unit functions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with principles and regulations, including KYC and Compliance, to uphold our ethical standards.
- Lead tender processes for the supply of services, including the Development/Construction Manager and Technical/Commercial Manager, ensuring competitive and fair selection.
- Define Contractual Requirements and Guidelines in collaboration with other functions to align with our Supply Chain and Sustainability Goals.
- Oversee the implementation of Procurement Procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Draft and refine Contractual Templates and Best Practices to streamline procurement processes.
- Develop and maintain a robust White List, Supplier Validation, and Supplier Rating system to ensure top-tier partnerships.
- Stay ahead of market trends and price levels to make informed procurement decisions.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or a related field with strong skills in procurement and supplier management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field within the Renewable Energy sector.
- Deep understanding of procurement processes, compliance regulations, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in supplier validation, risk assessment, and developing procurement strategies.
- Strong communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
