Schedule:

Responsibilities:
- Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all apartments and public areas daily
- Participate in cleaning of all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures in apartment and common areas
- Assist in vacuuming carpeted areas and mopping tile floors
- Lead and train housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction
- Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies
- Inspect expected new move-in arrivals before move-in date
- Devising and setting up objectives to boost company productivity
- Monitoring resident satisfaction
- Managing resident complaints and resolving their issues
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and decide on repairs as needed.
Requirements:
- A High school diploma or GED is required
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position is preferred
- At least 2+ years' experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Knowledge of environmental services, including detailed cleaning processes and a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Good customer service skills
- Experience in recruiting and hiring
- Experience in evaluating staff
- Experience in leadership roles
