Responsibilities:

Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all apartments and public areas daily
Participate in cleaning of all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures in apartment and common areas
Assist in vacuuming carpeted areas and mopping tile floors
Lead and train housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction
Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies
Inspect expected new move-in arrivals before move-in date
Devising and setting up objectives to boost company productivity
Monitoring resident satisfaction
Managing resident complaints and resolving their issues
Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and decide on repairs as needed.

Requirements:

A High school diploma or GED is required
2+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position is preferred
At least 2+ years' experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
Knowledge of environmental services, including detailed cleaning processes and a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipment
Good customer service skills
Experience in recruiting and hiring
Experience in evaluating staff
Experience in leadership roles
