Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing supplier accounts, including reconciliations.
- Reviewing and processing supplier invoices from domestic and international vendors.
- Managing payments to suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payments and invoices.
- Preparing and posting journal entries.
- Performing supplier account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Managing employee expense reports and reimbursements.
- Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven bookkeeping experience - a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role is preferred.
- High proficiency in English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
