Roofing Project Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Roofing Project Coordinator to join our team! This role will assist in directing field managers, ensuring projects run smoothly, and managing job costs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a background in project coordination, ideally in the construction or roofing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support field managers to ensure roofing projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Help manage job costs, track materials, labor, and other project expenses to ensure profitability.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating the logistics for roofing projects.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project updates.
- Monitor job site progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Address any project challenges and proactively resolve issues to keep things on track.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or roofing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients.
- Knowledge of job cost management and budgeting is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Location: Reporting into our Winter Park, FL office
